Once again, our doctors will be investing in the community while promoting higher education by awarding a $1000 scholarship to a local high school senior. If we receive 100 applications or more, the doctors will issue two $1000 scholarships to two deserving winners.
On June 9, 20201 we will be selecting one applicant to receive a $1000 scholarship. Winner will be notified by phone and mail.
Please download the application here and follow the directions carefully. Completed applications along with your high school transcripts must be dropped off at our office no later than 8:00 pm on May 24, 2021. There will be no exceptions to this deadline.
